Ar trebui sa ne spovedim cât mai des. Când le recunoaștem deschis și le mărturisim, le biciuim și simțim un mai mare dezgust pentru ele. Doar adu-ți aminte in ce stare jalnica te-a adus păcatul și ce a făcut Hristos pentru mântuirea ta. Așa ca tine-te departe de orice te atrage spre păcat.
Nous devrions nous confesser le plus souvent possible. Quand nous les admettons ouvertement et les confessons, les péchés sont flagelés et nous ressentons un dédain plus important pour eux. Souviens toi dans quel état pitoyable t’as ramené le péché et que est-ce qu’à fait le Christ pour ton salut. Donc éloigne-too de tout ce qui pourrait t’attirer vers le péché.

We should confess our sins more regularly. When we openly admit and confess them, we scourge them and feel greater disgust for them. Just remember the wretched state to which sin has brought you and what Christ did for your salvation. So stay well away from whatever draws you to sin.
